We offer a range of classes with variations on the traditional reformer style — giving you options to challenge, explore, and enjoy your movement.
If you’re new to the studio, we typically recommend starting with our Reformer classes. They’re the perfect foundation to help you feel confident on the equipment and comfortable in the space.
If you’re feeling a little nervous or unsure, we’re always happy to chat through any questions you may have. You’re also welcome to begin with a private session for a more personalised introduction.

REFORMER
Using the resistance of the Reformer, this full-body class focuses on muscle tone, endurance, balance, and functional strength. Suitable for most levels, each session offers layered options so you can modify or progress as needed — making it as supportive or as challenging as you like. Expect a dynamic, energising workout that leaves you feeling strong, aligned, and recharged.

BARRE-FORMER
Sculpt lean and toned muscles with this energising and dynamic group class designed to challenge and change your body. Barre-former effectively blends Barre and Reformer for fun mix of both cardio and strength-training.
You will feel the burn.

REFORMER LITE
A slower-paced class designed to support mobility, stability, and overall strength. Using the resistance of the Reformer, this class focuses on controlled, functional movement with plenty of modifications. Ideal for those recovering from injury, or simply looking for a more mindful approach to movement. You'll be supported, but still challenged — at your own pace.

ATHLETIC REFORMER
A faster paced and more challenging class for clients already confident and competent on the reformer.
Athletic Reformer is designed to challenge core strength and stability with faster transitions, higher reps and more demanding movements.
Not suitable for injuries or beginners.

JUMP-FORMER
A fun, low-impact session using the cardio tramp. This class combines the core-strengthening benefits of Pilates with heart-pumping, plyometric-style movement to improve power, coordination, and endurance. Expect a full-body burn that’s kind on the joints but big on results. Suitable for those with a solid Reformer foundation and ready to add a bit of bounce to their workout.

ACTIVE AGING
Catering to our more mature clients who may need to modify exercises and equipment, this is a slower paced class.
We work on increasing mobility, stability and overall strength. With a focus on functional movements, balance and strength, the goal is to improve day-to-day movements.
