This offer is perfect if you’re new to The Pilates Room and ready to commit to your wellbeing, explore different class styles, and find the schedule that works best for you.
Where to start?
All of our classes are designed to support a range of abilities, but if you’re brand new to Pilates, we recommend starting with a regular Reformer class. It’s a great way to get familiar with the equipment, the flow of class, and how Pilates feels in your body.
If you’re recovering from an injury or recent surgery, we encourage you to get in touch so we can guide you in the right direction. A Reformer Lite class or a private session may be a more suitable place to begin, depending on your needs.
If you’re ever unsure, we’re always happy to chat and help you choose the best starting point.
