Liability Waiver Agreement
Attendees must be 16 years of age (or have otherwise provided parental consent).
Acknowledge and understand voluntarily participation in classes.
Able to exercise and have checked with lead healthcare provider if there are any issues or challenges impacting movement.
Advise of any health issues or injuries prior to starting any sessions if applicable.
Advise of any recent changes or injuries that might impact movements prior to the session starting.
Adhere to the instructions given in classes for own and other's health and safety. If at all unsure check with the instructor.
Mindful of own body and refrain from any exercises or movements that don't feel comfortable or right.
Accept full responsibility for own health, safety and wellbeing whilst in the studio.

New Reformer Clients
If you have not attended Reformer Pilates classes before you are required to attend our beginner classes first. We recommend attending at least three of our beginner classes before moving to regular classes.

Attire
It is recommended to wear comfortable clothing to your Pilates classes or private sessions. Wearing socks is compulsory, ideally grip socks. If you don't have socks you will be required to purchase some prior to your session.

Phone Policy
To ensure class enjoyment for everyone participating, please make sure your cell phone is silenced or turned off unless discussed the reasoning why this is not possible with your Instructor at the start of class. If you choose to take a call during a class, you will be asked to exit the studio to do so.

Waitlist Policy
You may add yourself to the waitlist of a fully booked class. If a spot becomes available you will then be emailed and can book from there. Please note booking is on a first in first served basis.

Cancellation Policy
Class cancellations or movements are the responsibility of the person booking the class and must be made directly via our booking system Punchpass.
Class cancellations or movements can be made up to 12 hours before the class start time to avoid penalty.
Any cancellations or movements less than 12 hours will incur the class cost from your pass.

Late Cancellation & No Show Policy
If you are late by more than 10 minutes, or fail to attend the class altogether - the class will be deducted from your pass and you will be recorded as a 'No Show'
Any class bookings cancelled less than 12 hours before the start of the class will still incur the class cost but will go in a monthly draw to win the pass back.

Class Passes
All pass purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Class passes are valid from the first class booked for the stated time period only, no rollovers.

Memberships
Membership fees are to be paid in advance, on a weekly basis, by the credit card you provided.
A minimum of 12 weekly payments are required and payments will recur until notice of cancellation is given in writing.
Classes are assigned each week and do not rollover.
Memberships may be paused if you are heading away, please give 5 days notice for any pauses.
Cancellation of membership must be advised in writing 2 weeks prior to ending and the minimum 12 week term must have been met.
Missed or failed payments are the responsibility of the member to rectify.

Children Policy
For their own health and safety children are not permitted in the studio, this applies to babies
